I challenge anyone to name another wedding where the bride and groom broke from their first dance, and joined in with the band (with the groom on keyboard, and the bride on trumpet)! But before that, we started out with an emotional first look at Melrose Mansion on Esplanade Ave., and then some portraits around that area and near Latrobe’s, where the ceremony and reception took place. At the end of the night, the event was capped off by a fabulous second line parade through the French Quarter!
