Capturing a portrait of a bride and groom on their wedding day, a few weeks before Christmas, in the famously decorated lobby of the Roosevelt Hotel in a way that showcases this elaborate decor while also not having a bunch of extra people in the background is an extremely tall order, as anyone who has visited the hotel during the holiday season can attest to. I'm still not sure how we managed to do it!
Here's the nice review the bride wrote after the wedding:
From the first email, Michael was friendly and extremely easy to work with. He has vast experience, which shows in the personalized forms you fill out to let him know special details about your wedding, engagement, etc. This lets him put a personal touch for you on his work and capture things that are important to you. Our wedding was very small, a gathering of just under 40 people. Even in a small crowd, Michael blends in so well that you hardly know he is there. He expertly works the room to capture all of the best moments and angles. He took some amazing shots of my husband and I on Canal St. So many, in fact, that I can't decide which ones or how many to print for our house. He is quick to reply to messages, shows up on time, and had our edited photos completed in less than 3 weeks. I couldn't be happier with him, and I'm so glad we chose him for our event. I recommend you do the same!
