At the conclusion of their Palmettos on the Bayou wedding ceremony in Slidell, this couple celebrated before walking back down the aisle, pausing for a great dip and kiss.
At Palmetto's, wedding ceremonies most often take place on the lawn adjacent to the venue, in front of a beautiful large oak tree, though occasionally if there has recently been some heavy rain, this area will be too wet. In that case, or if it's raining on the wedding day, or if the couple simply prefers a different look, ceremonies can take place under the covered deck area behind the venue, where receptions are also held.
After this couple's ceremony, we then captured some beautiful portraits of the bride and groom back on the dock behind the venue, on Bayou Bonfouca.
