Maci and Patrick’s wedding took place on a perfect afternoon and evening at English Turn Country Club on the westbank of New Orleans, and was a blast to photograph! The beautiful ceremony was timed perfectly by the venue’s coordinator Jessica for that last 45 minutes or so of daylight, which gave us great light for portraits of the couple afterward, including a spectacular sunset. Maci’s dad had an awesome surprise for the first dance, when midway through, he was handed a shirt covered with photos of the two of them from Maci’s high school days, “when it was us.” And at the end of the night, a fantastic sparkler send-off!
