It was a memorable night at Latrobe’s with this fun local New Orleans couple and their family and friends! We started out at the Lafayette Hotel on St. Charles Ave. where the bride was getting ready, and then did a first look in the adjacent Lafayette Square Park, as well as most of the formal group shots, before heading over to Latrobe’s for the ceremony and reception. The Plant Gallery did the beautiful flowers, and Jack Magic Entertainment provided the music. At the end of the festive night, the fabulous Kinfolk Brass Band showed up and led the group on a second line parade through the streets of the French Quarter. In one of those “only in New Orleans” examples, at one point during the parade a happy group of ladies wearing matching shirts who appeared to be in town celebrating a birthday, joined in the fun! That’s one of the most enjoyable things about second lines, seeing total strangers join in the celebration of the new couple!
