Meredith & Chris were a fantastic couple to work with. We had a lot of fun with their engagement portrait last year, and their June wedding was wonderful as well. The bride and bridal party got ready at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Canal Street, and then we headed uptown for the ceremony at Holy Name of Jesus. Afterward, the reception took place at the beautiful Audubon Tea Room. The Boogie Men were on hand for the entertainment and ensured everyone had a great time! The Tea Room is an amazing wedding venue, with plenty of space and a unique, beautiful look. The people and the food are great, and the location is convenient to the numerous churches in the uptown area, such as Holy Name of Jesus, Trinity Episcopal, Christ Church Cathedral Episcopal Church, Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church, Sacred Heart Chapel, and more. Additionally, the garden area directly behind the venue can host your outdoor ceremony, as can the nearby Audubon Zoo Sea Lion Exhibit, or the ceremony can take place inside.
