I had enjoyed working with this great couple for their engagement portrait a few months ago, and was looking forward to their wedding at the Elms Mansion on St. Charles Ave. Though the ceremony had to be moved inside due to weather, everyone still had a great time! The Roebucks, a fabulous rockabilly band, provided the entertainment. And being Mardi Gras season, Judson’s groom’s cake was a delicious 3-tiered king cake!
I enjoyed photographing this Houston couple several months ago for their engagement portrait, and their wedding was a blast as well! The ceremony took place at Metairie Baptist Church, and then we headed over to The Elms Mansion for the reception. Voodoo Funk and Soul Co. entertained, with 2 great vocalists and a fabulous horn section. And Matt even sang a few songs!
