Lauren & Chris’s Wedding at Southern Oaks Plantation | 10/15/11

Lauren and Chris’s wedding took place on a beautiful evening at Southern Oaks Plantation, with the ceremony being capped off with a wonderful fireworks show.  Southern Fete coordinated the event, while the Dyle Films crew were on hand, and both were a pleasure to work with.  Harvey Jesus & Fire did a fabulous job entertaining, keeping the dance floor packed all night.  At the end of the night, as I was packing my gear in the car, I heard a bit of a commotion in the pool area… grabbing my camera and running, I made it there just in time to shoot Chris in the pool, pulling his bride in for a little swim!

Alex & Chris’s Wedding at St. Anthony of Padua & Hilton Riverside | 10/8/11

Alex and Chris exchanged vows at beautiful St. Anthony of Padua church on Canal Street in New Orleans, and then we headed over to the Hilton Riverside for the reception.  Instead of a groom’s cake, the couple opted for a spectacular display consisting of an assortment of cute little mini pies!
