Shades of Praise, a talented gospel choir, performed before and during the ceremony at Trinity Episcopal Church. The reception followed at the gorgeous Elms Mansion on St. Charles Ave., with Michele Adams of Unique Weddings in New Orleans keeping things running smoothly.
When Brandie arrived at the hotel room Friday afternoon to get ready, she found that Charles had snuck in earlier to decorate it with flower petals, and left a sweet note on the bed for her. The memorable wedding and reception were at Southern Oaks Plantation.

This was my first time shooing at the House of Broel, an elegant mansion on St. Charles Avenue. The fact that Allison is an avid collector of PEZ dispensers explains the unique cake toppers!
