Becky and Jonathan’s ceremony took place at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Uptown New Orleans, one of the most gorgeous churches in the city. We then headed back to the beautifully decorated courtyard of the St. Louis Hotel for the reception.
The groom’s cake was interesting… a perfect rendition of the iconic New Orleans water meter covers.
The Wise Guys entertained… this band was incredible, especially the 5-piece horn section! The memorable night was capped off with a Second Line around the courtyard.

I had a great time with this fun couple on their engagement portrait several months ago, and had been looking forward to working with them again! Their wedding took place at Rayne Memorial United Methodist Church on St. Charles Ave. We started out the day with Susan and Philip having a “first look” alone in the sanctuary before the ceremony.
After the ceremony, Dr. Jazz led the couple and guests on a Second Line around to the church’s community center space for the reception.
